Can i use this now in blender, is it applicable, can I integrate the knowledge? Was it purely theory on theoretical examples? Did I learn how to solve a realistic problem, or achieve a certain goal? Was there enough actual practice? Did i do anything on my own or was it all just copy and paste?

Was the time efficiently spent? Was the lesson going too fast, or too slow? Was a single lesson too long, could I hold my attention? Did I learn just enough new techniques, or was it too much for once? Did I solve a problem or achieve the same goal with different approaches?

was the lesson clear and understandable including the language, did I understand every detail? Were there any noises in the background, bad microphone, or unclear image? Does the tutorial follow a certain path, does it have a structure, does it make sense and builds up piece by piece?

Yaay I finally had enough blender knowledge to dare and learn about sculpting. I heard that it’s one of those things, where you have to have a tablet and that it’s a really artistic part of blender. There aren’t any straight lines, no rules no guides, just your imagination and sculpting. At least that’s how I felt and still somewhat feel about sculpting. But it’s not entirely true, you don’t have to have a tablet and there’s nothing scary in there, except maybe the sculpted shark šŸ˜‰

But diving into sculpting with Kent Trammel, it was super easy and fun. And this could be the single most time consuming part of blender modeling for me. Because there is no right from wrong, and it’s only up to you when you’re happy with the result to stop refining it. Well it’s similar with anything in blender, but I feel it’s even more so with sculpting.

Anyway the tutorial was super understandable, I learned all the basic tools to sculpt this shark and got an interest to dive even deeper into sculpting and organic modeling. A great tutorial for first take on sculpting!
